How does the 30-day free trial work?

The free trial is a great, commitment-free way to try out all the incredible benefits of ServiceReef. If at any time during these 30 days you change your mind, just change your plan to the Free version.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can change your plan at any time. Just go to your organizational dashboard and click the link for Pricing Plan. The change will take effect immediately and, if downgrading your plan, you will not be charged for the remaining days of your previous plan. If you are upgrading to a higher plan, you will be prorated the difference.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts. All pricing plans are month-to-month and you may cancel at any time without penalty.

Are there any per-user or per-member fees?

No. The benefit of ServiceReef is that you only pay for the trips or events you host, not how many people attend. Each price includes an unlimited amount of participants and user accounts.

What if my organization has more than 30 events?

We have plans for all sizes of organizations. If you need more than our Premium tier allows, please contact us at info@servicereef.com to obtain information on a pricing plan that is unique to you!

What types of payment do you accept?

We use Stripe as our payment processor, which allows you to pay via several secure payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and ACH direct debit.

We value security!

Not only is ServiceReef hosted in an ultra secure facility, but we have encrypted our site with SSL encryption to keep your data secure. Additionally, ServiceReef never stores any credit card information. Instead, we use Stripe for payment processing to ensure your credit card information (and those of your donors) stays safe and secure. If you have additional security questions, please contact us.

What is an “Active Opportunity”?

Any current or upcoming trip or event in ServiceReef is considered an Active Opportunity. Many of our plans allow for a specific number of opportunities to be active at any one time. For example, you could have 15 trips/events in the summer and 15 more in the winter and you might be able to use the Plus pricing plan, which allows for 15 concurrent opportunities (Provided that the next 15 trips/events are published after the conclusion of the previous 15). This approach could save an organization $360 or more annually.

Why do you need my credit card for a free trial?

We ask for your credit card to allow your membership to continue after your free trial, should you choose not to cancel. This also allows us to reduce fraud and prevent multiple free trials for one person. This helps us deliver better service for all the honest customers.

Remember that we won't bill you anything during your free trial and that you can downgrade to a Free Account Plan at any moment before your trial ends.
